The Architect of Tour Operator Infrastructure

Shauna Lee bridges the critical gap between shore excursion infrastructure and local tour operators. She specializes in modernizing tour company systems and optimizing logistics for companies serving cruise line passengers and independent guests. With over two decades of specialized expertise, Shauna enables operators to deliver flawless experiences while ensuring operational resilience and scalable growth.

More About Shauna Lee

Shauna Lee brings more than 25 years of hands-on experience in Alaska’s cruise-aligned tourism industry. She began her career as a dock representative, working directly with cruise passengers and ship personnel, and steadily advanced into senior operational leadership roles managing large-scale tour operations.

This progression gives her a rare dual perspective: she understands both the front-line realities of cruise day logistics and the structured systems required to support high-volume shore excursion programs.

Shauna has designed and implemented scheduling architecture, allocation tracking frameworks, and sales reporting systems for multi-departure tour operations serving cruise lines throughout Southeast Alaska. She was also a key contributor to the development of the Ward Cove Dock in Ketchikan, further deepening her understanding of port infrastructure, operational flow, and large-scale coordination.

In addition to tourism operations, Shauna has managed complex logistical planning for television productions filmed in Alaska — overseeing permitting, scheduling, location coordination, transportation, and on-the-ground execution. This experience strengthened her ability to build clear systems under dynamic and high-pressure conditions.

Today, she works primarily with tour operators navigating cruise partnerships, helping them implement structured, scalable operational frameworks grounded in real-world experience — not theory.
